Developed a Python-based Billing and Super Store Management Software designed to simplify daily retail operations, streamline billing processes, and improve inventory management.
The software is intended to help store owners manage sales transactions, maintain product records, calculate bills, and organize essential store operations through a centralized system.

Supplier files → Shopify import CSV, with nothing guessed.
I built a small synthetic test of what my pilot delivers: two supplier files (an Excel sheet and a Windows-1252 CSV) with the usual problems. SKUs that lost their leading zeros, prices written as 89,90 / 89.9 / 1.099,00 / €34,95, an exact duplicate, the same SKU with two prices, a size typed as "M/L", and a price "1.099" that could mean either 1,099 or 1.099.
Result: 17 rows read, 9 variants under 6 product handles, 8 rows excluded. Every excluded row is in an issues sheet with its file, row and reason, and every transformation is traced row by row. The output is checked against Shopify's official CSV template; it was not tested in a live import, since the import stays with the store owner.

Customer Records Cleaning | Accurate Data Entry & Spreadsheet Management
Would you trust a customer database containing duplicate records, missing contact details and inconsistent information?
Even small data entry errors can create problems for businesses, from contacting the wrong customer to maintaining inaccurate records.
For this portfolio demonstration, I worked with a sample customer database containing duplicate entries, missing information and inconsistent formatting.
The problems identified:
🔴 Duplicate customer records
🔴 Missing or incomplete email addresses
🔴 Inconsistent contact date formats
🔴 Incorrectly formatted phone numbers
🔴 Customer names requiring correction or clarification
My approach to solving these problems:
✅ Reviewed customer records for potential errors
✅ Identified duplicate entries and documented discrepancies
✅ Used a simulated client review process to confirm changes before applying them
✅ Standardised dates, names and contact information
✅ Organised the spreadsheet into a clean, professional format
What makes my approach different?
I believe accurate data entry requires more than simply copying information.
When I identify a potential mistake, I don't automatically delete or replace the information. I document the issue and request confirmation before making changes.
This helps protect data integrity and reduces the risk of losing important customer information.
