Landing page and AI Chatbot development for DMBooked, a platform that helps aesthetic clinics turn patient inquiries into booked consultations. You can test it live on dmbooked.com/#try
The project included the main landing page, plus an AI Chatbot integrated on their website, and ready for ManyChat integration (to sell to their clients).
Design focused on trust and conversion.
The AI Chatbot is running on Railway, with n8n webhook automation, persistent memory per customer + channel of contact. Each one of their customers (clinics) have different prompts and instructions.
Automated Document Generation using Carbone.io
I just completed the second phase of the order automation system I shared a few days ago.
Hereās how this part of the workflow works:
Once an order is manually approved in Airtable, the system automatically sends the order data to Carbone.io, where a PDF document is generated with all the order and fulfillment details.
After the document is generated, an automated email is sent with the PDF attached to confirm the order and notify the retailer.
The generated documents are then automatically stored in a dedicated Google Drive folder for record keeping and easy access.
