'Pacefolk' makes it easy to book a coached run with one of six expert coaches, whether you bring your own group or join an existing session, while coaches manage bookings in their own admin panel, called Coach Space.
👋 Hey team! I’m so excited to share 'Pacefolk' with you. I’ve built this platform with a collective of run coaches in Sydney in mind. They help runners and aspiring athletes across Sydney who are ready to take their runs more seriously.
The first video you'll see is a demo video and follows “Julia”, our persona, through the customer journey - and also shows the coach side of the platform as well.
The second video is a quick look back at my creative and user experience decisions behind it.

About 3 to 4 days to get it working, maybe 2 days refining the mobile version cause I had to make many adjustments for it to fit smaller screens nicely and stay consistent with the entire experience. To me the Coach space had to be mobile-first because I thought coaches would be...
Love this one. The visual system feels intentional and the lime green gives it a strong identity without looking like another generic Lovable build. The full customer + coach flow is a nice touch too. Força aí Berto 👏
