Served as Head of Program for MinerbaOne, a national digital platform developed in partnership with Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) for Indonesia's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). The platform digitizes licensing and RKAB (work plan and budget) submissions for the mining sector, integrating previously fragmented systems into a single unified application used nationwide by mining license holders. Led program orchestration end-to-end and served as project manager for direct communication with ESDM stakeholders, leading key meetings and coordinating between the technical team and government counterparts throughout development.
