The symbol starts from the brand’s own initial, transforming the letter B into a flame. A simple idea designed to make the brand instantly recognizable and connect directly with the experience behind Burn.
Turning the B into a flame is such a clean way to bake the brand's own initial into the mark instead of bolting on a generic symbol. Was that letterform-to-flame idea one of the first directions you tried, or did you go through a few rounds before landing on it?
Not every growing brand needs to look dynamic to feel ambitious.
With Auren, the challenge was almost the opposite.
The brand needed to work across real estate, development and wellness without becoming a generic identity trying to fit everything.
So the direction became more restrained, solid and precise.
Less visual noise.
More consistency to support different sides of the business.
For me, that’s one of the most interesting parts of building brands meant to last:
flexibility doesn’t have to mean losing personality.
