Eon explores how productivity tools can become more human by planning around natural energy cycles.
The mobile app is built around the ultradian rhythm, aligning demanding tasks with 90-minute focus windows and encouraging recovery during 20-minute energy dips. Smart ring data, including HRV and hand micro-movements, helps the product detect fatigue and adjust the task plan in real time.
The design balances productivity and well-being through a Focus Window Dial, layered task cards, high-contrast colors, rounded components, playful illustrations, and a friendly character that makes biometric planning feel supportive instead of clinical.
