The platform enables users to schedule pickups, track orders in real time, and manage payments, while drivers handle deliveries and vendors manage orders and operations via a dashboard. Designed a scalable system that streamlines the complete laundry lifecycle - from order placement to delivery - while maintaining a simple, user-friendly experience and efficient workflows across all users.
