I joined this project when the characters were already created, animated, and integrated into a live app. My role was to to replace the existing animations with new ones, ensuring they aligned with the logic and interactions of the app. The focus was to create animations that felt natural within the product, while also adding fresh energy, variety, and stronger personality to each character. Every motion was carefully crafted to reinforce the distinct character traits and emotional appeal of the cast. Another important aspect of my work was optimizing the application’s performance by delivering high-quality animations with the smallest possible file sizes. This balance between visual richness and performance optimization helped keep the app running smoothly without compromising the personality and charm of the characters.
