Social Media Design Showcase: Board Game Education Content for Utopia Cafe
"Who will be the richest trader in Jaipur?"
Thrilled to share this vibrant carousel feed designed for Utopia Board Game Cafe to introduce and feature one of the most popular tactical card games, Jaipur.
Design Breakdown & Visual Strategy:
Color Palette & Vibe: Applied a striking warm color scheme—dominated by rich sunset orange and Jaipur's iconic pink tones—to evoke the exotic, bustling, and energetic atmosphere of a traditional Indian marketplace.
Component Composition & Mockups: In the second slide, I carefully arranged the card assets, tokens, and the game box into a semi-3D layout over a desert landscape backdrop. This gives the audience a clear, tactile preview of the actual game components.
Typography & Scannability: Kept the game's original bold title font for the cover hook, paired with high-contrast sans-serif body text in the inner slide to ensure the game specifications (player count, duration, age) and synopsis are instantly readable.
Brand Consistency: Maintained strong client branding by centering the Utopia logo at the top and seamlessly embedding the dedicated campaign banner (#SEMUABISAMAINBOARDGAME) at the bottom across all slides.
Designing for community-driven niches requires a delicate balance between respecting the product's original identity (the game) and elevating the client’s own brand presence.

Finally posting this, back in May we worked on a trial project for Boona 🚿
Boona is a tandem shower brand, which was our first time working on a brand like this but it was soooooooo fun!
The brief was open enough that we had to dig, not just the Instagram feed but the website, the product itself, what it actually feels like to share that experience with someone. Everything kept coming back to the same thing: intimacy, closeness, two people in a moment that's usually just one.
We didn't end up working together but the founder's feedback made it worth sharing 🤩

Glad you decided to share it, trial work like this is often more interesting than the polished final stuff because you can actually see the thinking behind it. 'Goosebumps before the water even hits' is such a strong line, did that come from the brief or from digging into the product yourself?
𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁.
I created different types of content around services, promotions, car-care tips, the wash process, team introductions, and customer offers. I kept the pink-and-white direction consistent across the designs while giving each post a slightly different layout so the feed doesn’t feel repetitive.
I also created the mockup to show how the designs could come together as an actual social media presence.
