PARADE 1555: The Immortal Harness
A 60-pound suit of hand-chiseled steel and 24K gold, built to make a king look like an invincible god. Four years later, a single wooden splinter pierced his visor slit and killed him.
The king was mortal. His empire collapsed. But his armor survived 470 years without a scratch.
The Reimagining: From Relic to Runway Parade armor was never built for the mud of battle. It was the 16th century's ultimate haute couture: wearable propaganda commissioned from Parisian goldsmiths to intimidate through pure luxury.
We took King Henry II's complete 1555 suit out of its glass museum case and placed it where it truly belongs: a subterranean brutalist runway in Paris. Walking through shallow black mirror water under a single architectural light blade, the ancient armor commands modern Paris Fashion Week.
Craft & FLORA Process Created on the FLORA canvas referencing 9 high-resolution Met archive plates: • Nano Banana Pro: Rendered the forensic 5:1 metallurgical relief, hand-chiseled Apollo details, turned roped steel rims, and physical water reflections. • Seedance 2.5: Choreographed the heavy, hypnotic mechanical momentum of 60 pounds of articulated steel striding through water.

I turned a mysterious Egyptian sculpture fragment from The Met into a glamorous historical fever dream.

The sculpture’s identity is still uncertain, so I imagined two fashion-obsessed museum visitors arguing over who those iconic lips belonged to — Akhenaten’s mother, his wife, or maybe Akhenaten himself.
The film mixes real museum history with Bratz-inspired characters, cinematic ancient Egypt, fashion, humor, and absurd imagination.
The goal was simple: take an ancient object people might normally walk past and make it impossible to forget.
