I built an AI Healthcare Voice Bot that handles patient bookings end-to-end — from voice input to CRM — in ~30 seconds with zero manual work.
What I learned AI bots scale only when conversation logic and data validation are designed upfront — not patched later.
Tools used n8n, OpenAI (LLM + TTS), Telegram API, Google Sheets (CRM)
How it shaped me This project pushed me beyond “chatbots” into building production-ready AI assistants that replace manual operations.
