New Look Studio – Creative Photo Manipulation
This project is a conceptual portrait photo-manipulation created for New Look Studio. The design combines a black-and-white portrait with an urban cityscape double-exposure effect, creating a modern and artistic visual.
The composition uses layer masking, blending modes, tonal adjustments, selective color, typography and soft lighting to merge the city architecture naturally into the subject’s portrait. The minimal white background and monochrome treatment keep the focus on the central image while giving the design a premium photography-studio feel.
My contribution: Photo manipulation, double exposure, compositing, masking, blending, color grading, typography and final artwork.

Poster design sets have become my preferred format for creative practice. They're small enough to fit between client projects, and let me experiment with type, texture, and color in a more fluid way. This set is inspired by four of my favorite Bump of Chicken songs, a J-Rock band I discovered a couple of years ago after becoming obsessed with the Spy x Family intro!

This one never made it across the finish line, but it’s still one of my favorite identity concepts I’ve worked on.
I created this direction for Susie’s, building the mark around a custom script wordmark and a simple cherry illustration that gave the brand a little personality without losing its polish. The final client direction went somewhere else, which is just part of the process, but I’ve always loved how this one came together.
