Using Cursor for a large share of implementation—prompting for components, API routes, Sanity schemas, and refactors—while keeping architecture, UX, and copy in my control. The goal was a fast, discoverable, and monetization-ready directory that feels like a product, not a static list.
Content model: Designed the Sanity schema (resources, collections, categories, optional recommender fields like exampleSites, caseStudy, recommenderBlurb) so non-devs can add and edit content in Studio.
SEO: Implemented programmatic SEO (one URL per resource, collections, categories, tags, types), JSON-LD, sitemap, and internal linking so the site is indexable and shareable.
Deploy: Next.js on Vercel with ISR (e.g. 60s revalidate), env-based config for Sanity, Loops, and AdSense.

I was invited by the HoneyCoin team to collaborate with their team and work closely with a Product Manager, Product Designer, and Frontend Engineer to deliver over 25 animation sections for their new website launch.
Instead of providing multiple static flows to users, the team wants to implement interactions and animations across pages. I was responsible for developing the interactions and animations across the page to deliver this complex flow with @Rive. All the animation and interaction were delivered within less than 3 weeks.
If your services have a complex flow and a lot of information, I encourage you to incorporate animation and interaction into your product.

Delivering 25+ animation sections while collaborating cross-functionally is no small feat. Love seeing motion treated as a product decision, not just decoration.
Café à Lyon App Development
Choosing Lyon for this project was not a random decision, but rather rooted in a distant souvenir, perhaps a postcard of what might have been, but never was. I chose calm, coffee-like colors such as shades of brown and cream, an elegant typography. Creating this app was a mix of writing code, compassing the design, and also with a spoonful of nostalgia and a mellow mood.
I worked with TypeScript, React, among other tools, such as Lummi for generating more than 25 images. I also created a flipping-card game in one of the sections, which you can see here.
This is also my final project of February, and what a way to end it! Choosing one of my favorite destinations along with a fascinating topic!
