Built an n8n workflow for a dealership that automatically sends Facebook and Instagram leads into their CRM.
It checks each lead, sends it to the right store, prevents duplicates, and updates existing records when needed. Failed or unclear leads are also flagged so they don’t get missed.
The main goal was simple: get new leads to the sales team faster and remove the manual work of entering them into the CRM.
Built with n8n, Meta Graph API, Webhooks, REST API, and CRM integration.
