I developed a custom Make.com workflow automation integrated with Twilio and Google Sheets. The system verifies that each message is an incoming SMS and cross-checks the sender’s number against a stored cold leads list in Google Sheets. Once validated, the automation categorizes responses into “Yes”, “No”, or other intent types using filters and routing logic.
Based on the response, the workflow triggers different actions such as follow-ups, lead qualification, or handling objections. It also instantly notifies the business owner whenever a new reply is received, ensuring fast engagement and higher conversion rates.
This automation system eliminates manual tracking, improves response handling, and streamlines lead generation automation.

As an optometrist myself, I have created an automated website for Fuat Optik; The shop I work on actively right now, with automations and design power of the Base44 app.
The site includes a luxury section with the shops' real colors and style blended inside, mixed with efficient and time-saving automations with a high efficiency rate for us "optometrists" and the optical shop itself.
There is a shop section where you can buy the sunglasses directly with your information and see the information provided for the glasses.
I have also added an AI-powered prescription scanner to have a reservation for the type of glasses you want to buy with real information of mine at Glasses to set your fundamental properties for the glasses before the reservation.
Just after that, I have added a VIP reservation section for customers who are keen to spend high amounts on a frame and want to get further information about the frame. The automation allows customers to have reservations from the shop quickly with the frame options listed on the website easily by entering the date and information.
Tried to implement the automations into the site while using the AI power and automation power of the base44 app to create this optical shop site.
