Property search in Dubai runs on WhatsApp threads with brokers, four listing portals with the same unit at four prices, and a buyer who never learns what a neighbourhood actually costs. EstateBot replaces that with a chat: ask in Arabic or English, get listings, price trends by area, and the nearest buyers and sellers on a map.

The branding problem was that AI assistants and property brands pull in opposite directions. Assistants want to look weightless and blue. Property wants to look permanent. A mark that leaned either way would misrepresent the product.
