COSMOS - PAY System
Designed and developed a secure multi-organization payment management platform for COSMOS, enabling centralized fund management, ACH transfers, card ordering, balance monitoring, and audit tracking across multiple client sites.
Key Features Delivered
Super Admin / COSMOS Level
Configured a centralized COSMOS bank account with payment gateway access.
Built functionality to activate organization payment accounts.
Implemented ACH-based fund loading process for site requests and new card orders.
Developed complete audit trail tracking for all fund loads and card order requests.
Enabled centralized monitoring and management of all payment activities.
Organization / Site Admin Level
Created dedicated virtual accounts for each organization/site.
Implemented threshold-based balance monitoring with low-balance alerts.
Integrated ACH bank-to-bank transfer system between site accounts and COSMOS account.
Built fund request workflow allowing site admins to securely load funds into accounts.
Stored complete transaction history for compliance and reporting.
Card Management Module
Developed system for site admins to request new plastic cards.
Created backend workflow for COSMOS team to upload shipped card details.
Added card-site verification logic to ensure cards belong to the correct organization before issuance.
Improved security and prevented unauthorized card misuse.
