🔍 I tested an iOS face-matching app end-to-end — here's what I found.
Hi, I'm Tanvi — a Manual QA Tester with 2+ years testing Android, iOS & web apps.
On a recent project, "Celebrity Look Alike" (an iOS face-matching app), I tested 12 modules and 100+ test cases across 5 devices and 4 languages. I found 54+ bugs, including:
2 crashes from simultaneous button taps
A silent failure when taking a selfie offline — no error shown, just a broken flow
A duplicate result screen bug
An iOS 18.5-specific issue letting videos through an image-only upload
