Project Description
I performed manual QA testing for a business website to ensure the platform was stable, functional, and ready for production. The goal was to identify usability issues, UI inconsistencies, and functional bugs that could impact the user experience.
During the testing process, I carefully verified reported issues, retested fixes, and ensured that resolved bugs were properly closed.

I worked as a Manual QA Tester on a Business Emergency Services web platform, where I was responsible for validating core functionalities and ensuring a smooth user experience before launch. I conducted end-to-end functional testing across key sections including the Home page, user registration and login, service request forms, client dashboard, and admin panel.
My testing covered form validations, error handling, dashboard workflows, role-based access, and PDF report generation. I also performed UI/UX checks, cross-browser testing, and regression testing after fixes. During the project, I identified and documented over 30 functional and interface issues with detailed bug reports, helping improve system stability and overall platform performance.
