Looking for someone who knows Customer.io inside out to own email for Roger, an AI companion app for gay men.

You'd be building weekly campaigns & broadcasts, managing automated flows, keeping deliverability healthy, and reporting on performance. ~10-15 hrs/week, ongoing.

Need someone who can design, build, and ship emails without hand-holding. Comfortable with NSFW-adjacent content and LGBTQ+ audiences.

Must know: Customer.io, HTML email, deliverability basics (DMARC/SPF/DKIM), Figma or Canva

Bonus: PostHog, lifecycle strategy, behavioral segmentation
