dropping a new collection of four new seasonal specials suggested & voted on by the open, welcoming community of signed-up 'bloom babes' (who, naturally, get access to next flavor/scent collections first!), what you see on site today is fresh off the announcement for their autumn collection, which holds inspiration in earthy notes like clover, cream, & oat as well as some fall fair favorites of its arizona-born founder.
the joy of natural beauty, full transparency, & sharing what we've all got as a community & as humans in a world that calls for some quick self-care functions as a backbone to shaping bloom's consumer base, so offering options to 'favorite' items to revisit later & optimizing selection for users through clarity on how they're feeling through quizzes & what they're looking for were priorities. because, really, in uncertain times, having a clear routine staple that you can trust helps your mental garden grow; in fact, click on the footer to sprout some wildflower blossoms of your own, if you like!
with a loyalty system measured in 'petals' (buyers can log in & earn one petal for each $1 spent) that helps regular purchases lead up to a free balm as 3% of gross revenue goes back to dipalya, the ghanian women's collective where the brand sources its shea butter.

THE BEFORE
→ Inbound arrives vague; qualifying it costs a call
→ Research on the prospect happens in tabs and gets lost
→ Proposals go out as PDFs into silence
→ Clients ask "where are we?" on WhatsApp
THE AFTER
→ Prospects scope their own project in 10 minutes; the fixed-price band narrows and the 30-day plan redraws with every answer
→ They pick a call slot; the proposal is in their inbox before the call
→ Signed clients get a live 30-day milestone track and approve milestones in a portal
→ Mobile-first, bottom tabs, every screen laid out like an engineering drawing
THE AUTOMATION
→ Scope created → agent writes the brief, prices it from our rate table, books the calendar, emails the proposal
→ Lead created → agent reads their website, scores ICP fit, flags risks, sends me approve / decline
→ Milestone changes → client is emailed; every Friday an agent writes the weekly update
→ Proposal unopened 48h → nudge; silent 5 days → "adjust scope?"; 14 days → closed with a reason
