App name: RootlyMarketplace
RootlyMarketplace is a smart, community-driven marketplace that connects local fruit and vegetable sellers directly with buyers. It enables sellers to showcase fresh, high-quality produce online while giving buyers a simple and reliable way to shop for daily essentials.
Problem
Local produce sellers often struggle with limited reach, unpredictable demand, and food waste, while buyers face inconvenience, long waits, and uncertainty about freshness and availability.
Solution
RootlyMarket bridges this gap by allowing buyers to browse products, place orders, and book convenient pickup slots. Sellers prepare orders in advance and notify buyers when everything is ready.

RootlyMarketplace is such a smart concept! The community-driven marketplace model with pickup slots is a clever solution to the food waste and freshness problem. Using Bubble + Mapbox + Stripe is a solid stack for this kind of hyperlocal marketplace. Would love to see how you...
Verification is required specifically for meat and dairy sellers, where we review official business documents and confirm seller identity through a structured onboarding process before approval. Other product categories do not require this level...
The platform includes a direct messaging module for buyer–seller communication, event ticket purchasing for farm expos or similar events, and social features such as comments, likes, and feed interactions for followers.
Here is how I built this with bubble.
A quick walkthrough of how i strcutured the database, built the workflows, and connected the logic inside bubble to bring this project to real life 🙌
The idea seems nice, and I think the buyers will have to collect the products themselves. Will this not limit the use to small area? As a buyer why whould he purchase from a shop 10km away and same for seller as the customer might be limited to a limited radius.
Valid point, and yes, hyperlocal is intentional at the start.
We’re focusing on trust and freshness first, especially for meat and dairy. Once density builds in specific areas, delivery partnerships or logistics layers can be added. Scale comes after proof of demand, not before. @Pratham Singh
Yes in the long run delivery partnership will be required to keep the core mission of the platform. Well the performance always depends on how you reach to the users
The idea is nice, and I think the buyer has to go to shops to collect the products right? Will this not limit the radius of operation for sellers? As a buyer why would he purchase something from a shop 10km away. For a seller, the customers might be limited to local only like few km radius.
Interesting perspective. As an agency, I believe clients are right about their goals, but part of our job is to guide the solution so it actually works long term. @Pratham Singh

🚨 WordPress Security Alert: This One Deserves Attention
WordPress 7.1.2 was released as a critical security update.
But here's the part developers should pay attention to:
Security researchers have reported active exploitation attempts targeting the vulnerability after the patch was released.
The vulnerability can allow an unauthenticated attacker to include local PHP files under certain conditions, potentially leading to remote code execution.
Patchstack has reported attackers moving beyond basic scanning and attempting to write PHP files to the server.
If you manage WordPress websites, don't just assume your sites are safe because automatic updates are enabled.
✅ Check your WordPress version
✅ Verify the update actually completed
✅ Review recently modified files
✅ Check admin users
✅ Review security logs
✅ Verify your backups
✅ Remove unused plugins/themes
A security patch is only useful if it's actually applied.
For WordPress developers, regular security monitoring should be part of website maintenance — not an afterthought.
