HomFinder is a scalable real estate mobile application built to bridge the gap between property seekers and property owners. The platform delivers a fast, intuitive, and reliable way to discover homes, whether for rent or purchase.
I designed and developed the app to handle real-time property listings, user interactions, and secure data management. The system supports both users and property owners with dedicated flows for searching, listing, and managing properties.
This project demonstrates my ability to build production-ready apps with clean UI, optimized performance, and robust backend integration.

To bring this to life, I utilized my core expertise in Flutter, Next.js, and Firebase to ensure a high-performance, cross-platform experience. I focused heavily on:
Real-Time Bidding Architecture: Implementing a "Bids & Offers" engine that provides instant visual feedback—crucial for those high-stakes "Victory" moments.
Secure Document Access: A centralized portal for contracts, handled with absolute data integrity.
Verified Tenant Groups: Building secure flows to ensure every "Make an Offer" click comes from a vetted user.
Aesthetic Branding: Designing a "Trust Blue" interface that keeps complex data digestible on a mobile screen.
📈 Workflow & Execution
By implementing Kanban-style management and agentic workflows, I moved this from design consultation to a polished, high-fidelity product while maintaining a sharp focus on scalability and clean code.

This is Asterode, a cross-platform AI app that brings together multi-model chats, notes, and memory in one place. It was built primarily for iOS and Android, with web support planned from the start.
This was a substantial solo project built with React Native, Expo, Supabase, and RevenueCat, and developed entirely in Cursor. I took it from early design exploration in Figma through final UI and UX, development, and launch.
