An agile project management tool modeled on Jira/Linear — backlog, sprint board, epics, roadmap, story points, and sprint reports in one workspace. Built with React + React Router on the client and an Express + SQLite backend with cookie-based auth. Includes an admin console and configurable work types, aimed at showing a complete sprint-planning-to-delivery workflow rather than a single CRUD screen.

When a section relies on animation, I now prototype it in Figma motion instead of writing it out. A simple prototype gives the client and the developer the same clear reference: less back and forth, more precise feedback and a smoother build. Here’s the hero animation for a recent landing page, shown as a working prototype.

Checked 11 furniture, tile and lighting sites in Dubai and Australia last week. The same technical gaps everywhere:
theme demo text still in titles and descriptions
hundreds of products sharing one title
no product data (schema) for Google
contact links that go nowhere
None of this needs a redesign. It's a few days of careful work on templates and product data, and it's what decides whether Google Shopping and AI assistants can show your products at all.
Theme demo text still in titles on stores that sell premium furniture is wild. Which gap costs the most traffic: duplicate titles or missing product schema?
VentureLens — Venture Lens is an AI agent that turns your raw idea into a good investment using evidence-based sparring.
Instead of putting you through a stale 20-questions test, it asks the one question until it gets your usual answer, makes a short list of recommendations, then combines your data with Qloo’s taste intel and place profiles to create a full, top-to-bottom business brief you can read and download right away as markdown.

Asking one sharp question at a time instead of a 20-question form is the right call. Curious how it decides an answer is good enough to move on, since that's where most validation agents stall or rubber-stamp.
