I built something for my mom.
We talk every day. But we've never made anything together. Not once.
So I built KINSHIP — a place where two people across any generation gap build a private visual language that only they share.
No typing. No reacting. Just drawing.
You arrive. Type your name. That's the door. A prompt surfaces — "the kitchen table" — and you both draw blind. Neither sees the other's version until both submit.
Then the screen goes dark. Both drawings develop slowly, like photographs in a darkroom. Hers. Mine. Same word. Different worlds.
Over time the archive grows. Every word you've ever drawn together. Your private dialect. Nobody else has this. Nobody else ever could.
We have six words now. And I know her better than years of conversation ever showed me. MAMA LOVED IT.

Built in @Figma Make with React, Supabase, and an old notebook aesthetic (cream paper, ink strokes, hand-drawn feel).

Endo Advocate — a personalized appointment prep tool for women with endometriosis
Recently I've been thinking about how to use my design skills for meaningful impact (and watching too much Grey's Anatomy). So when I saw the prompt: solve a problem, I picked one that affects 1 in 10 women: endometriosis.
It takes 7 to 11 years on average to diagnose, partly because symptoms get dismissed in the exam room, and partly because until recently it could only be confirmed through surgery. ACOG's 2026 guidelines changed that, allowing a clinical diagnosis from symptoms alone.
What I built: Endo Advocate turns those guidelines into a personalized prep guide. A woman shares her symptoms, pain, and history, and the tool generates exactly what to say at her appointment, how to respond if she's dismissed, what to ask for, and how her symptoms align with the 2026 ACOG guidelines, so she walks in ready to advocate for herself and far less likely to be dismissed.
How I built it:
Brainstorm in Claude → landed on the idea and core features, then used the Claude + Figma MCP to generate a Figma file with the features, user flow, wireframes, and a submission checklist.
Design with beta Figma Agent → generated a color palette, font pairings, and local variables with full context from my file, and turned my wireframes into hi-fi screens.
Imagery in Figma Weave → created a personal landing-screen image that captured the tool's mission.
Prototype in Figma Make → pasted the screens in and iterated, adding error handling and more intuitive interactions.
Personalize with Claude + Figma Make → Claude wrote the personalization prompts I injected into Make, turning a static guide into one that adapts to each person's symptoms and history.
The result is a tool where every screen reflects the user's real answers, built entirely within Figma's ecosystem.

Bloom Lab is a cozy virtual plant-breeding mini game where users can choose a seed, plant it, care for it, help it bloom, and create new hybrid plants by combining traits.
The idea started with a simple thought:
What if a plant-care game could feel calm, expressive, and a little magical?
In the game, each plant reacts through mood changes, care meters, facial expressions, and small interactions. Users can water the plant, give it sunlight, watch it grow, and eventually discover hybrid plants like Glowleaf, Honeybloom, and Dreamberry.
This project was also special for me because it was my first time using Figma Make, along with other AI-assisted tools/models during the process. It was exciting, but also challenging. I had to learn how to work with prompts, fix broken flows, manage component states, refine animations, and make sure the final experience still felt intentional as a design.
Some things I focused on:
Building a soft and cozy visual style
Creating reusable components and plant assets
Designing smooth micro-interactions
Making the care screen feel alive through plant expressions and idle animations
Creating branching outcomes based on seed and hybrid choices
This project taught me a lot about designing with AI tools not just generating screens, but guiding, correcting, and shaping the experience until it felt like my own.
It was a challenging but really fun learning experience, and I’m happy I pushed myself to participate.

🛰️ I just shipped Remora for the Figma Config Makeathon "a space debris cleanup game", built entirely in Figma and Figma Make with help of Sites.
PLAY NOW 💯 Remora - Let's Clean our Space 🚀
Right now, more than 27,000 pieces of debris are orbiting Earth. Broken satellites, lost bolts, leftover rocket stages and nobody's cleaning it up. It sounds distant, but it isn't: this debris threatens the satellites our GPS, communications, and weather systems depend on, and could eventually block our access to space entirely.
I named the project Remora; a small fish that swims alongside sharks, cleaning their surroundings. We're the remoras. Space is our ocean.
The Makeathon brief was "design something that improves the world," and I wanted my answer to be playable, not just a poster.
Some of what's under the hood:
🎮 Two game modes: a free-flying drone collector with zero-G physics and a station-based sorting game where you triage incoming debris into recycling shipments
🤖 Three AI-controlled drones compete alongside you on a live leaderboard, each with its own personality and skill level
✨ Particle bursts, thruster trails, and docking animations — built frame-by-frame on canvas, no game engine
🌍 An animated Earth companion that reacts with rotating messages as you play
📡 Satellites cross your flight path on real trajectories — hit one and you lose cargo and hull integrity
🔼 A milestone-based upgrade system (Speed Boost, Cargo+, Magnet Field, Shield) that triggers mid-flight without pausing the game
It won't clean the orbit. But if it makes one more person think about the mess we're leaving up there — it did its job.
