From what I've experienced so far using this platform,
Contra seems to be more focused on graphic and product designers. That's what I keep seeing across my feed.
Meanwhile, developers who actually code and build websites seem to have much less visibility.
I was expecting a more balanced space for both designers and developers.
Felt the same when I joined. What seems to help is showing the visual side of what we build: short screen recordings, a live demo link, before/after. Dev work is just as visual, we just rarely present it that way.
