🚀 Hands-On HubSpot CRM Project Completed
Over the past few days, I’ve been learning HubSpot CRM through practical application rather than just watching tutorials.
As part of my learning journey, I built a sample CRM setup for a small business and worked on:
✅ Creating and managing contacts
✅ Setting up companies and associating contacts
✅ Creating deals and managing a sales pipeline
✅ Creating tasks for follow-ups and customer engagement
✅ Building contact segments based on lead status
✅ Performing data management and quality checks
This project helped me understand how businesses organize customer data, track opportunities, manage relationships, and keep CRM records clean and structured.
One thing I’ve learned is that the best way to learn a tool is by using it to solve real business scenarios.
I’m excited to continue exploring more HubSpot features and building additional projects to strengthen my CRM, customer support, and sales operations skills.
