The primary goal of this build was to eliminate the costly "ghost load" phenomenon—where invalid Purchase Order (PO) numbers or locked facilities cause late-night transit failures, bleeding company margins and damaging carrier trust.

Logistics operations frequently suffer from reactive firefighting due to fragmented communication. Independent dispatchers and brokerage teams routinely face:
Midnight Operational Chaos: Getting unexpected notifications at 3:00 AM regarding invalid PO data or closed warehouse gates.
Manual Tracking Burnout: Spending countless hours manually hunting down shipment variables across unorganized, chaotic spreadsheets.
Margin Bleed: High financial losses caused by preventable detention fees, deadhead miles, and manual input errors.
