The Role

We are seeking a talented, highly creative, and ambitious individual to help bring premium AI content to life. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the psychology behind advertising, consumer attention, and music video pacing.

You must have a strong background and be highly comfortable navigating the modern AI generative ecosystem—including video generation, image creation, text models, and a basic understanding of audio assets. We are looking for an agile, detail-oriented professional who is fast at adapting, quick to learn new tools, and takes intense pride in the final product. If you have a near-perfectionist eye for visual quality and a passion for cinematic flow, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Breakdown: Translate high-level creative concepts into detailed, multi-shot storyboards and highly specific shot lists.

Workflow Management: Masterfully oversee and manage diverse AI generation workflows across our suite of top-of-the-line video, image, and text platforms (including Nano Banana, Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance, and ChatGPT).

(Note: While we provide access to these premium tools and will guide you through our specific company workflows, you must already be highly skilled at utilizing them—this is not an entry-level position for learning basic generation.)

Music Video & Narrative Pacing: Direct asset development, visual pacing, and structural rhythm specifically tailored for fast-moving music video productions and high-end commercial trailers.

Basic Audio Syncing: Ensure generated visual assets map cleanly to basic audio tracks or beats before handing materials off to our final editing team.

Strict Quality Control: Apply an extreme attention to detail to ensure every visual element aligns perfectly with our signature, high-contrast cinematic aesthetic.

Submission Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must provide:

A Comprehensive Portfolio: Documented previous work showcasing a strong eye for framing, continuity, and visual narrative flow.

Proof of AI Competency: Examples or case studies demonstrating your speed, creativity, and practical comfort using advanced generative video and image tools. Fluent in English.
