How do you know what's on shelf 3 right now?
That's the question Mobikon answers from a phone.
Mobikon is a Flutter app I built for wholesalers who rent storage containers for their goods. Their inventory, the container it sits in, and a live view inside it are all in one app.
Getting set up:
š¢ 3-step business onboarding, with an approval stage before the account goes live
š¦ Container requests: pick a size from 10 to 50 ft, add cameras or shelves, and get notified when it's approved
Running it day to day:
šļø Shelf-by-shelf view of every container, with units and products on each shelf
š¹ Live camera feeds from inside the container
š Container tracking on a map
ā Stock entries: add or reduce units by shelf, product and quantity
š Stock history you can filter by container, shelf or product, showing who made each change and when
š Reports on containers, products, staff and stock, with today, weekly, monthly and yearly views
š Alerts for relevant updates, plus staff management
My favourite part to build: stock changes are batched. Staff can queue several adds and reductions across different shelves, review them in one list and submit them together, and each change shows up in stock history with a name and a timestamp.

I'd keep the landscape one honestly, that sense of scale feels right for anything talking about sustainability at an industry level. Did the client push back on the crop at all, or were they on board with circular from the start?
Hot take: hair growth products don't have to look like medicine to work like it.
Most brands in this category go clinical white and blue, it reads safe, but it also reads like something you'd hide in a drawer, not something you'd want visible on your sink. For Maneup Labs, I went almost fully black instead.
That was a real risk. In a category this saturated with sterile, pharmacy-white packaging, going dark could just as easily read cold, or get lost next to competitors leaning into "clean = trustworthy." But it did the opposite: next to every clinical-looking bottle on the shelf, black reads premium, not medicinal, closer to what you'd expect from a grooming or fragrance brand than a hair-loss aisle.
That's the audience shift the whole rebrand was built around, not the guy who wants to feel like he's medicating something, but the guy who wants a product that looks like it belongs on his counter.
