I want to share something and get your advice.
Over the last 3 months, I applied for many Motion Designer positions. Around 5 companies responded positively, and the interviews went really well. They seemed interested in my skills and even gave me test tasks.
I completed the tasks, and the feedback was positive. I also verified that these were real companies, not ones trying to get free work through test tasks.
However, after some time, I keep receiving the same message:
"We're sorry to inform you that we won't be moving forward with your application."
It's confusing because each time it feels like I'm very close to getting hired, but the result is always the same.
Has anyone experienced this before? What could be causing it, and how can I improve my chances of getting an offer?
