INK/24 — Tattoo Studio Booking OS
A booking system designed for a busy solo tattoo studio in Austin, Texas, where Instagram DMs, calls, and manual scheduling were creating unnecessary back-and-forth.
INK/24 turns a customer's tattoo inquiry into a confirmed appointment by handling availability, tattoo details, reference uploads, scheduling, confirmation, and booking management in one flow.
I designed the complete responsive experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop, including both the customer booking journey and the owner's booking dashboard.
Problem solved: Less back-and-forth for the artist. A faster path from “Can I book?” to “You're booked.”
