Honest question for founders. If your ratings are average and your product is genuinely good, have you looked at the experience lately? Because what I've seen after dozens of redesigns is that most of the time it's a clarity problem. The information shown is not clear, too cluttered. And the flows that are very long before achieving anything lose people halfway. Sometimes you don't need to build more. You just need what you already have to make more sense to the people using it. One redesign can do more for retention than months of new features.
