My choice will be Option 1 if I want conversions. I would want my customers to be focused on knowing what we can do for them, rather than just getting distracted by multiple faces in the first go

Going with Option 1 ā the orange accent and bolder typography gives it more energy and a clearer CTA. Option 2 has a softer feel that might read as more "community," but for strategic positioning you want that confident, direct tone. Option 1 communicates authority while still feeling approachable.
