Angry Cactus 🌵 The KDP Publishing Infrastructure
A turnkey e-commerce acquisition designed to dominate the "Anti-Cute" adult coloring niche. This project bridges the gap between raw punk aesthetic and high-scale automation.
The Vision ◢
Angry Cactus was engineered for a specific market gap: adults seeking urban chaos, punk energy, and dark humor. It’s not just a brand; it’s a fully documented commercial asset transfer.

The heart of this project is a custom-built production pipeline that automates the transition from raw art to Amazon-ready assets:

◈ The Try-Before-You-Strike Funnel | A zero-friction lead capture system designed to convert web traffic into high-intent physical and digital buyers.

I take photos on my walks all the time, but they mostly just sit in my camera roll.
I wanted a way to make something out of them, preferably something I'll be inclined to come back to. I’ve always liked scrapbooks, just never did them digitally.
So, I text photos and a caption to a Telegram bot. An agent picks it up, reads the mood, chooses a layout, adapts it, and uses Paper’s MCP to generate a page. It places the images, adds different stickers and sets a quote!
It then sends it back to me as a finished spread, so I can view it right away.
Currently feeling much more excited about font walks, color walks and daily park walks.
Building small collections as I go! :)

Gamifying client reports with AI ✨
As a social media marketer, I spend hours every month translating data into "pretty" reports, only for them to get buried in a client’s inbox. And if the client doesn't see the data, they don't see the value I'm bringing to the table.
So I decided to use Morphic to turn dry Instagram analytics into a "Spotify Wrapped" style arcade experience. By gamifying the reporting process, I’m not just saving time - I’m increasing client engagement and proving ROI in a way they actually enjoy watching.
The workflow:
🕹️ Step 1: you upload raw Instagram screenshots and Morphic extracts the data into a table, ready for human revision
🕹️ Step 2: after you give it the green light on the data, it'll run a custom equation I built to calculate the MVP (Most Valuable Post), based on weighing high-value actions like shares (10x) and saves (7x) over vanity metrics like likes
🕹️ Step 3: to get the best video results, Morphic starts by generating images of each slide, both with the given data, and some "zero-ed out" copies - this allows the AI to animate the data much more accurately
🕹️ Step 4: after you approve the images, it'll put it together into 5 separate animations, as you can see in the example below
...et voilá! You got yourself something that took you way less time and is much more engaging - both for you AND the client!

Just raw ink figures, oversaturated food photography, and a visual system that runs on one rule: the two worlds never blend.
The ink world stays on top.
The photo world stays underneath.
Every surface is a collision.
20+ touchpoints. One idea held the whole thing together.
