I managed end-to-end procurement activities across data centre and LNG operations, supporting supplier identification, RFQs, quotation analysis, negotiations, vendor selection, order processing, expediting, and payment coordination.
What I Delivered:
1. Identified and evaluated suppliers based on commercial, technical, and compliance requirements.
2. Prepared and managed RFQs and tendering activities.
3. Analyzed vendor quotations and prepared comparative statements.
4. Supported supplier negotiations and vendor finalization.
5. Coordinated vendor onboarding and compliance documentation through SAP Ariba.
6. Managed procurement trackers and maintained accurate procurement records.
7. Coordinated with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders.
8. Ensured procurement activities followed internal policies and governance requirements.

The single prompt is the headline, but the grade is what sells it - that soft evening light doesn't read as AI at first glance. Where these clips have let me down is the second video: getting the same face and energy back once a client wants a series. Does Flow hold a character across generations for you?
This is a practice Excel project. I entered and organized sample data and used basic Excel formatting and calculations.
Your Excel dashboard can look impressive and still be completely useless.
A lot of people think a good dashboard means:
More charts.
More colors.
More KPIs.
More visuals.
But that's not what makes a dashboard useful.
A good dashboard should answer 3 questions quickly:
What is happening?
Why is it happening?
What should I do next?
For example, instead of showing 10 different sales charts, a useful dashboard could immediately highlight:
→ Sales are down 12%
→ The decline is mainly from Product A
→ Region X is responsible for most of the drop
That's the difference between displaying data and communicating insights.
Don't build dashboards to show how much you know about Excel.
Build them to make decisions easier.
