Just launched: Cool by Oopscool , a new Shopify digital flagship for Oopscool's emerging fashion label.
We've been working with Oopscool since 2024, when we built their main online store. This summer, we teamed up again to bring their new label online ahead of the FW26–27 collection.
From visiting their physical store and exploring three different design directions to Shopify development, ERP connectivity, local payment and shipping integrations, and launch coordination.
After months of collaboration with the brand and its technical partners, the new store went live on today right on schedule for the new season.

ERP connectivity and local payment/shipping are usually where a launch like this actually gets hard, the storefront design is the easy part in comparison. Did you end up on native Shopify Payments for the local methods or layer in a regional gateway for Oopscool?
Makes sense, and good call negotiating two providers against each other, most people just take the first quote. One thing worth knowing for anyone reading this later: a regional gateway like that usually plugs in through Shopify's payments app extensibility rather than a custom...

Don’t just show the product. Answer the questions stopping someone from buying it.

“Will it stretch?”
“Which size should I choose?”
“Can I trust the quality?”
“What are other pet owners saying?”
Good eCommerce design should answer those questions before the customer has to ask them.
That’s how I approach Shopify design: UI/UX + CRO + buyer psychology, not just making pages look good.

A beautiful Shopify store can still be frustrating to use if the navigation isn't clear.
Here are 5 common mistakes I look out for:
1. Too many menu items
More options don't always make browsing easier.
2. Unclear categories
Customers shouldn't have to guess where a product belongs.
3. Hiding important pages
Key collections and shopping paths should be easy to discover.
4. Ignoring mobile navigation
A menu that works on desktop may not work well on a small screen.
5. No clear product path
Customers should be able to move naturally from browsing → finding a product → shopping.
Good navigation isn't about adding more links.
It's about making the right things easier to find.
