A feature can be useful and still not belong in your MVP.
That’s the part a lot of founders miss.
The question isn’t:
“Would users like this?”
It’s:
“Do we need this to prove the product works?”
If the answer is no, it can wait.
A good MVP is not about building everything useful.
It’s about building just enough to learn what actually matters.

One of the hardest parts of SaaS motion design is deciding what not to animate.
More information doesn’t always make the product clearer.
Usually it does the opposite.
Deciding what not to animate is such an underrated skill, most reels lean the opposite way and try to prove they can animate everything. When a client pushes back and wants more shown on screen, how do you make the case for restraint without it sounding like you're just cutting corners?
Your SaaS landing page has five seconds to tell a visitor what you do.
It is simpler than you think.
Just answer these four things.
1. What it is.
One clear and simple sentence.
2. Who it's for.
If a visitor can't see themselves, they leave thinking this isn't for them.
3. Show the benefits, not the features.
You're not selling task management.
You're selling the hour they get back every day.
4. One clear CTA to guide them.
Not ‘learn more’.
‘Book a free call’ is clearer and more guided.
The pattern I keep seeing is founders try to say everything, and end up saying nothing.
Your visitors don't need to know everything when they first land on your site.
They need to know if it's for them and what happens if they click.
Do that first, and the rest of the pages will take care of other things.

Sometimes, the problem isn’t that the product doesn’t work it’s that it doesn’t feel right to use.
I was recently brought in to redesign an internal communication tool for an organization. The team had already vibecoded the initial interface, but as a chat product, it didn’t quite capture the natural, human feel that makes conversations easy and enjoyable.
The brief was also clear: don’t make it another Slack or Discord.
So instead of forcing familiar patterns onto the product, I reworked the interface around a more approachable conversation experience refining the layout, hierarchy, navigation, messaging patterns, and visual language to give the product its own identity while keeping communication effortless.
