Artefatto Studio — AI-Powered Architectural Consultation Engine
The Archetype & Problem:
Artefatto Studio is a high-end interior architecture firm in Milan. Traditional consultation inquiries require endless back-and-forth emails to understand a client's space, align on material preferences, and schedule a paid consultation.
The Solution:
We built an end-to-end booking experience that transforms inbound client inquiries into fully confirmed consultations in a single seamless flow:
Interactive Material Palette: Clients explore Milanese craftsmanship textures (travertine, walnut, greige plaster) in real time.
AI Room Study: Clients upload a photo of their space and state their aesthetic goals. The AI analyzes light, texture, and proportions to generate a bespoke material palette.
Instant Booking Integration: The AI-generated palette attaches directly to the consultation booking form, eliminating pre-meeting friction.
Owner Dashboard: Studio owners review client requests, inspect AI edits, and approve or reschedule bookings in one click.

Realistic Problems:
The solo owner is drowning in WhatsApp DMs and playing "table tetris" every single day. Customers don't just want any table; they want to sit near specific resident cats (like Mochi or Pepper). Additionally, due to high demand, the café strictly caps visits at 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions. This causes endless back-and-forth messaging, manual double-booking errors, and frustrated walk-ins.
I transformed a chaotic, manual DM-based reservation process into a self-serve, mobile-optimized 3D map, allowing guests to independently secure their exact table, time slot, and preferred cat companion instantly.
Fixing the Front Door :
To turn an inbound inquiry into a confirmed booking with zero effort from the owner, I completely redesigned the customer-facing booking flow. Instead of a boring, standard form, I built an immersive 3D seating map where customers can:
- Pick Their Vibe: Visually explore the café layout and select a specific cozy corner. See where their favorite resident cats are currently hanging out on the map.
- Lock in the Rules: Select precise session lengths (30, 60, or 90 minutes) during the booking process, automatically setting expectations.
- Book Anywhere: Experience a flawless, fully mobile-optimized booking journey directly from their phone.
The Impact:
The owner’s manual work goes from hours of coordinating schedules, answering DMs, and managing table assignments to zero. The real-time admin portal automatically handles availability, updates the seating chart, and tracks guest sessions. The owner can finally focus on running the café and taking care of the cats instead of staring at a screen.

THREADLINE ATELIER
A premium booking experience for a custom fashion studio in Lagos.
I wanted to solve a simple problem: when someone asks, “Can I book with you?”, the designer shouldn't have to spend the next hour going back and forth about availability, measurements, event dates, and scheduling.
Threadline Atelier turns that into one smooth flow:
Inquiry → Design Brief → Availability → Booking → Deposit → Confirmation
Customers can choose what they're making, share their occasion and event date, upload inspiration, select a real available consultation time, pay the consultation deposit, and get booked.
For the designer, it reduces manual coordination, follow-ups, and scheduling headaches.
Visually, I wanted it to feel like a luxury fashion house with a digital experience editorial typography, contemporary African fashion, cinematic motion, and subtle thread-inspired interactions.
The signature moment:
“YOU'RE BOOKED.”
This is a well structured website but the booking experience is what I looks good.
