For this challenge, I decided to build a solution for my own freelance video editing business.

Instead of creating a simple portfolio website, I built a complete platform that helps automate my workflow and improve the client experience.

The website includes online scheduling, an AI assistant to answer questions and guide clients, a client dashboard, built-in chat, payment reminders, PayPal integration for international clients, and a portfolio showcasing my work.

My goal was to reduce manual work, save time, and make the entire process—from the first contact to project management—more efficient and professional. Below, you can see the website in both desktop and mobile versions.

Kokeshi set out to turn recycled Japanese textiles into a contemporary luxury fashion brand, with the budget of a startup rather than an established label. I developed the brand concept, Beautiful Violence, contrasting refined craftsmanship with samurai culture: heritage, strength, and rebellion within a high-fashion visual world. To bring that vision to life before physical production, I used AI to rapidly create high-end visuals and films defining the brand's aesthetic and storytelling, giving Kokeshi the presence and polish of an established luxury label from day one.
