My pick: iDrop Premium Apple Resellers (idropdigital.com), attatching their old website image, a real Apple Authorised store in Sulthan Bathery, Kerala, India (38K+ on Instagram, 4.4★ on Google).

Here's the twist: they already have a slick website, but behind it, everything still runs manually through WhatsApp. Reservations, trade-ins, repairs, warranty claims… all by hand, nothing tracked.

So, I'm rebuilding it on Base44 as a real operational app: → Device reservations & repair bookings, captured, not lost in DMs → Instant trade-in / exchange estimates → A warranty & service-status checker (enter your Order ID, see live repair status) → An AI assistant for EMI, warranty & availability questions, 24/7 → A full staff dashboard to run it all
