MEET MRS. PRIOR — my entry to the Recraft Challenge.

We identify the obstacles, we find the way in, and we hold the door open for everyone who follows.

She doesn't protest. She doesn't explain. She arrives, she assesses, and she begins. Her tool is a single hairpin. Her method is whatever works.

Very often, clients ask me to create an interactive mascot for their digital product. So, to take part in the #characterchallenge, I created a character who isn’t shy about showing his emotions. I decided to approach this with a sense of humor, so I used the old Addams Family movies as references. Ruby (that’s what I named him) can be happy, sad, or even angry - all controlled via inputs.
