Very often, clients ask me to create an interactive mascot for their digital product.
So, to take part in the #characterchallenge, I created a character who isn’t shy about showing his emotions. I decided to approach this with a sense of humor, so I used the old Addams Family movies as references.
Ruby (that’s what I named him) can be happy, sad, or even angry - all controlled via inputs.
The concept, character design, and animations - everything was created in Rive.
