I don't design dashboards for admins to admire. I design them to get work done.
This school management system is built around one question:
How do I help an admin find what they need without wasting time?
Find students. Check fees. Filter records. Make decisions.
Less clicking. Less searching. More doing.
That's product design.

@Victor Onuorah The focus on finding students and checking fees keeps the workflow task-led. How did you decide which record filters admins need most often?

I started with the actual tasks admins deal with most often, finding student records, checking fees, and filtering by class/status. From there, I prioritized filters around those recurring tasks rather than adding filters just because they were available. The goal was to make the most common actions the easiest to reach.
