A few years ago, I thought web development was mostly about writing code.
Today I see it differently.
The real value isn't in building websites.
It's in helping businesses communicate more effectively online.
Every project teaches the same lesson:
People don't buy websites.
They buy clarity.
They buy confidence.
They buy trust.
The website is simply where those things happen.
That's why I spend more time understanding business goals than discussing plugins or page builders.
Technology changes constantly.
The fundamentals of trust and communication don't.
And those fundamentals are what drive growth.

Hey everyone! 👋
It's been a while since I shared one of my recent projects, but this one definitely deserves some attention.
I had the opportunity to design and develop a website for Matt Formston, an incredible athlete, keynote speaker, and someone who continues to inspire people around the world. Since the client has visual impairments, accessibility played a major role throughout the entire project, ensuring the website is easy to use not only for Matt but for people with similar needs as well.
Another thing I'd like to highlight is the website's performance.
There's often a misconception that websites packed with animations, videos, and interactive elements have to sacrifice performance. This project proves otherwise. With the right planning, development approach, and optimization techniques, it's possible to achieve PageSpeed scores above 90 on both mobile and desktop without hacks, shortcuts, or relying on third-party optimization services.
The project was built in Webflow and features a fully CMS-driven architecture, reusable components, Shopify integrations, custom forms, and custom animations, while still maintaining excellent performance and accessibility standards.
