Geetings 👋 I'm sharing my first fully AI-first, production-ready platform I built a couple of weeks ago. Fixr: Fixr is a reverse-bidding home services marketplace for Kabul. Homeowners post a job like "the sink is leaking!" with screenshots or a short video, verified experts bid on it specifying their price, job's time and their arrival, and the homeowner choses whom to go with. I architected the product and built it AI-first with Claude Code: NestJS + Prisma powering the backend, a Next.js admin panel, and a React Native/Expo app for both iOS and Android. This project ended up being less about writing code line-by-line and more about system design, product decisions, and directing AI tools toward a coherent, shippable product.
