I'm just loving strawberry season, which is kind of a big deal here in Germany!
On the theme of a modern utopia, Mara Drozdova created an amazing series of illustrations about guerrilla gardening and I was lucky to animate this one. This cheeky urban gardener is sneakily gobbling one of the strawberries she’s just harvested. To try to maintain the shapes in Mara’s design and stay on-model, I created guide shapes in After Effects, before drawing the outlines in Animate. I then took it back into AE for the final details.

One thing I might change from a UX perspective: having a hamburger menu on desktop, where there's plenty of room to show all the navigation links, only creates friction. Even though it looks nice and feels like a great feature, it makes the user take more steps to access the link they want.
I created this Lens using Easy Lens. It is an AI Video Transform that turns the real world into a vibrant Voxel fantasy. With a single tap, your surroundings transform into a magical world filled with floating islands, glowing crystals, blocky trees, pixel waterfalls, and colorful lighting, creating a smooth, immersive game-like experience. 🚀
