Mumbai has legendary restaurant SAGAR where the queue is part of the brand 45-minute waits.
Great food. Broken operations.
So I built SAGAR a complete booking + operations system for exactly this kind of place: a classic 3-floor family restaurant, reimagined with the online presence it deserves.

→ Interactive floor plans guests see all 3 floors like an architect's blueprint and tap a table to request it
→ 4-tap reservations for today, tomorrow, or the day after
→ A downloadable booking card + one-tap calendar file proof of booking in your pocket
→ Owner dashboard with a live floor map, waitlist, and reservation feed synced in real time with what guests see
THE AUTOMATION: every booking instantly creates the reservation, generates a reference code, updates the owner's live dashboard, and fires an alert email to the owner's inbox zero manual steps. There's an automation log tracking every event.

Designed and built the core product experience for Beauto, an AI-powered automation tool for small businesses.
What I did:
AI Assistant — chat interface where users describe a task and the AI builds the automation, with proactive, impact-ranked suggestions
Integrations hub — searchable library of one-click connections (Calendar, Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
Analytics dashboard — automations run, hours saved, and conversion rate at a glance
Result: A chat-first flow that felt far less intimidating than traditional automation builders in user testing, driving most new automations created.
