Global Printer Firmware Launch Coordination
Title: Firmware Delivery for Worldwide Product Releases at Seiko Epson

Overview:
When Seiko Epson launches a new printer, it ships to millions of customers worldwide simultaneously. The firmware has to be rock-solid — there's no "patch it later" when devices are sitting on retail shelves globally. I coordinated firmware readiness for multiple global product launches, ensuring quality and schedule targets were met without compromise.
My Role:
As Firmware Project Manager and Model Promotion Leader, I was responsible for coordinating the firmware journey from development through QA to mass production. This meant aligning Japanese engineering teams, local QA, and production operations toward a single launch date.
What I Delivered:
Cross-Functional Coordination: Led firmware readiness across development, QA, and production stages. Each team had different priorities and constraints — my job was to find the path that satisfied all of them.
Release Readiness Reviews: Established and executed release readiness gates to ensure firmware stability before mass production commitment. Once production starts, changes become exponentially expensive.
Risk Mitigation Planning: Identified potential firmware issues early and implemented mitigation plans. A bug discovered in production could delay a global launch by months.
Stakeholder Communication: Provided clear status updates to leadership in Japan, translating technical firmware issues into business impact and timeline implications.
Outcome:
Successfully delivered firmware for multiple global product releases on schedule. Zero critical firmware issues in mass production. The release readiness framework I established improved predictability for subsequent product launches.

Project Title: Brand Identity & Packaging Design – Break Room Cafe
Project Description:
Developed a vibrant and cohesive visual identity for Break Room, a modern cafe brand. The objective of this project was to establish a friendly, approachable, and memorable brand presence through custom typography, playful character illustrations, and versatile brand applications.

Half the features on a pre-launch roadmap are guesses wearing a deadline. Shipping turns them back into questions you can answer.

A fully animated hero section for a VR product launch — designed on one rule: if it doesn't grab attention in the first 3 seconds, it's dead on arrival.
Why it works:
Motion instead of a static image — the eye has no choice but to follow it
Cyberpunk visual identity — bold orange/blue contrast that feels premium, not generic
Copy that hits in 5 words or less — no fluff, no over-explaining
One CTA. Zero distractions. Zero decision fatigue for the visitor. This is what a hero section should do: stop the scroll, sell the vision, and get the click — all before the fold.
