Industrial Automation System for Smart Meter Production Category: Technical Project Management | Software Development Overview: PT. EDMI Manufacturing Indonesia produces smart meters for utilities worldwide. Their existing calibration process was a bottleneck — testing meters one by one couldn't keep up with production demand. They needed a system that could dramatically increase throughput without compromising accuracy. My Role: I led development initiatives for industrial automation and manufacturing calibration systems, working at the intersection of software engineering and factory operations. This meant collaborating daily with engineering, QA, and manufacturing teams to ensure what we built actually worked on the production floor. What I Delivered: Parallel Testing Platform: Designed and delivered a meter calibration platform capable of testing 48 devices simultaneously. This wasn't just a software upgrade — it required rethinking the entire test architecture. Mass Firmware Upgrade Solution: Developed a solution for upgrading firmware across large device fleets, reducing field service time and operational downtime for utility clients. License & Configuration Management: Implemented centralized license management and configuration services, improving system auditability and operational security. Production Coordination: Synchronized software releases with production timelines to minimize disruption to factory operations. A failed deployment on the production floor has immediate financial impact. Outcome: Manufacturing throughput increased significantly — the factory could now meet growing global demand. The firmware upgrade solution reduced field service costs for clients and became a competitive differentiator. Skills: Software Development Leadership, Industrial Systems Integration, Production Coordination, Technical Architecture Tools: C#, .NET, SQL Server, Industrial Automation Systems

Global Printer Firmware Launch Coordination Title: Firmware Delivery for Worldwide Product Releases at Seiko Epson Category: Technical Project Management | Product Launch Overview: When Seiko Epson launches a new printer, it ships to millions of customers worldwide simultaneously. The firmware has to be rock-solid — there's no "patch it later" when devices are sitting on retail shelves globally. I coordinated firmware readiness for multiple global product launches, ensuring quality and schedule targets were met without compromise. My Role: As Firmware Project Manager and Model Promotion Leader, I was responsible for coordinating the firmware journey from development through QA to mass production. This meant aligning Japanese engineering teams, local QA, and production operations toward a single launch date. What I Delivered: Cross-Functional Coordination: Led firmware readiness across development, QA, and production stages. Each team had different priorities and constraints — my job was to find the path that satisfied all of them. Release Readiness Reviews: Established and executed release readiness gates to ensure firmware stability before mass production commitment. Once production starts, changes become exponentially expensive. Risk Mitigation Planning: Identified potential firmware issues early and implemented mitigation plans. A bug discovered in production could delay a global launch by months. Stakeholder Communication: Provided clear status updates to leadership in Japan, translating technical firmware issues into business impact and timeline implications. Outcome: Successfully delivered firmware for multiple global product releases on schedule. Zero critical firmware issues in mass production. The release readiness framework I established improved predictability for subsequent product launches. Skills: Product Launch Coordination, Cross-Functional Leadership, Release Management, Risk Mitigation, Stakeholder Communication Tools: Internal Tracking Systems, Quality Management Systems

Enterprise CTRM Implementation for Global Energy Companies Title: Commodity Trading Software Delivery for Fortune 500 Energy Clients Category: Technical Project Management | Enterprise Software Overview: Global energy companies managing billions in commodity trades need software that works flawlessly from day one. I delivered enterprise Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) implementations for some of the world's largest energy organizations — AES Corporation, Neste, CF Industries, Vistra, and BKW Group — where a single system failure could mean massive financial exposure. My Role: As Technical Project Manager at Allegro Development (a leading CTRM vendor), I led full lifecycle delivery from project discovery through go-live and post-implementation optimization. I was the bridge between client business teams, internal engineering, and infrastructure organizations across multiple regions. What I Delivered: Global Team Coordination: Managed cross-functional teams spanning engineering, infrastructure, and client IT organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia. Daily standups at 6 AM and alignment calls at 10 PM were part of the job. Requirements Translation: Converted ambiguous business requirements from trading desks and risk teams into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria. This directly reduced post-go-live defects and change requests. Accelerated Timelines: Managed scope, change requests, technical dependencies, and integration risks to compress delivery timelines without sacrificing quality. Executive Reporting: Developed structured reporting and governance frameworks that gave C-suite stakeholders visibility without overwhelming them with technical details. Outcome: Successfully delivered multiple enterprise implementations for clients managing $B+ in energy trades. Reduced post-go-live issues significantly through rigorous requirements management. Built long-term client relationships that led to expansion projects. Skills: Enterprise Software Implementation, Global Team Leadership, Requirements Analysis, Risk Management, Executive Communication Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, SQL, API Integration, Waterfall & Agile Hybrid

Telkomsel AdsTech Solution (TAS) Title: Multi-Vendor AdsTech Program Delivery for Indonesia's Largest Telco Category: Technical Project Management | AI & Data Overview: Telkomsel, Indonesia's largest telecommunications company, needed to modernize their advertising technology platform with Cookies Sync and SSP API updates. The challenge? Three separate vendors (Insignia, Deloitte, and Eluon) had to deliver interconnected components simultaneously across four parallel workstreams — with zero room for misalignment. My Role: I served as the central PMO, responsible for unifying all parties toward a single client outcome. This wasn't just about tracking tasks — it was about being the single source of truth in a high-stakes, multi-party environment. What I Delivered: Master Schedule Ownership: Created and maintained the integrated program schedule across all vendors, identifying dependencies and potential conflicts before they became blockers. Documentation Suite: Owned the complete documentation lifecycle — from Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) to Method of Procedure (MOP) to interface specifications. Every party worked from the same version of truth. Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitated cross-vendor alignment sessions, translating technical constraints into business impact for Telkomsel executives while ensuring engineers had the clarity they needed. Risk Management: Proactively identified integration risks between vendor deliverables, implementing mitigation plans that kept the program on track. Outcome: Delivered a unified AdsTech solution on schedule, enabling Telkomsel to enhance their advertising capabilities across their massive subscriber base. The multi-vendor delivery model I established became a template for future programs. Skills: Program Management, Multi-Vendor Coordination, Technical Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Agile/Scrum Tools: Jira, Confluence, AI & Data Platforms
